These terms form an agreement between you and Beit Sipur Atzei Rimon. They apply to all of our websites and to every purchase, enquiry, or submission you make through them, whether on the main site or on one of the associated businesses listed above.

You agree to use our websites lawfully and respectfully — not to misuse the forms we provide, to submit content you have the right to submit, and not to interfere with the operation of the sites. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our websites at any time.

When you place an order, you confirm that the information you provide (such as your contact and shipping details) is accurate and complete. An order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we accept it, typically when your order is confirmed or dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or if we cannot verify the order details.

All prices are shown at the point of sale on the relevant website and include any taxes where stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we are in the process of transitioning our payment processing to Allpay. Your payment details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by us.

We aim to fulfil and deliver orders within the timeframes shown on the relevant website at the time of purchase. Delivery estimates are indicative, and we will let you know if an order is delayed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, contact us at info@atzei-rimon.com with your order details and we will assist you. Our full cancellation and refund conditions are presented at the point of sale on the relevant website. Where a refund applies, it is issued to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

All content on our websites — including text, images, designs, logos, and artwork — is the property of Beit Sipur Atzei Rimon or its associated businesses, or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse that content without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beit Sipur Atzei Rimon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our websites or the purchase of our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for defective products.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date, and the version in force is the one applicable at the time you place an order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
